Who does what, plainly
Taking a building apart is licensed contracting in Florida, and ISP GROUP LLC does not hold that licence today. We are not offering to perform licensed demolition and nothing on this site is a bid for it.
What we do: walk the site and write the scope, run the asbestos survey and the federal notification, carry the permit paperwork through the county, bring in a licensed demolition contractor who contracts that part of the work directly with you, and handle the clearance, haulage and disposal ourselves. You see the licensed contractor’s number before anything is signed.
When the licence is issued, that changes and this notice changes with it. Until then this is the honest version, and a contractor who is vague with you about the same question is worth a second look.
